About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Ethnic Food Cook to join our team at Paratha 2 Pasta. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of ethnic dishes to meet the high standards of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that showcase the flavors and ingredients of different ethnic cuisines.
  • Culinary Operations: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that they meet our quality and presentation standards.
  • Inventory Management: Order and manage inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Staff Training and Development: Train and mentor our culinary staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, as well as maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
