We are in search of a strategic and values-driven Channel Marketing Lead to become a vital part of our team. This role reports directly to the Senior Manager of Marketing within our Program Engagement Team and serves as the authority in client and channel marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy and execution of innovative marketing solutions.
- Contribute to the profitability of designated accounts.
- Develop proposals and marketing strategies tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and clients.
Qualifications:
- 4-7 years of experience in marketing within corporate or agency settings.
- Demonstrated success in managing client relationships in a marketing role.
- Experience in mentoring or managing a small team is advantageous.
- A collaborative mindset that engages multiple stakeholders in strategy development.
- Familiarity with survey design, administration, and measurement is beneficial.
- Results-oriented with a solid understanding of digital metrics related to CRM, loyalty, engagement, and Google Analytics.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
- Experience in pricing marketing initiatives across various media channels.
- Project management experience in a marketing context.
- Knowledge and experience in data-driven marketing practices.
- A background in channel and dealer communications projects is a plus.
