Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative (ISA) to join our team and help us reach the next level.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be a critical part of our team, responsible for cultivating relationships with potential clients, setting appointments for our sales agents, and following up with leads to ensure no opportunity is missed. This role requires someone who thrives on the phone, has strong communication skills, and is confident in nurturing leads from first contact to appointment setting.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and respond to inbound leads from various marketing channels (web inquiries, social media, phone calls, etc.)
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads to set up appointments for the real estate agents.
- Follow up with leads to ensure timely engagement and continued interest.
- Maintain and update CRM with all client interactions and lead information.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead-generation targets.
- Nurture leads with a systematic follow-up process to keep them engaged.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with the sales team about lead progress.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in an inside sales or telemarketing role (real estate experience is a plus).
- Comfortable and confident making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (experience with FollowUp Boss, BoomTown, or similar is a plus).
- Positive attitude and a team player mindset.
- A passion for real estate and client success.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
