**The Content Specialist is responsible for the following**:

- Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to understand brand guidelines, target audience, and communication goals.
- Create visually stunning and engaging social media graphics, infographics, and visual content that aligns with the brand's voice and objectives.
- Produce captivating video content from conception to completion, including filming, editing, and post-production tasks.
- Utilize basic photography and videography skills to capture high-quality images and video footage for use in content creation.
- Edit and enhance visual assets using industry-standard software tools to ensure a polished and professional appearance.
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all digital platforms, ensuring brand recognition and coherence.
- Assist in the creation of podcast episodes, including basic audio editing and knowledge of podcast hosting platforms.
- Craft and edit blog posts and written content for the company's website and other channels as needed.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling and informative blog posts that align with SEO strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media algorithms, and content marketing best practices.
- Monitor social media channels, engage with the audience, and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Analyze content performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for content optimization.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless integration of visual and written content across all platforms.
- Keep up-to-date records of media files, ensuring an organized and accessible library for future use.
