Marketing Specialist

We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team and help us accelerate our mission to help organizations accelerate growth and maintain simple, secure operations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support the day-to-day execution of SIMNET’s Digital Marketing Strategy
- Implement and adopt automation, contribute to strategy roadmap, and organize and adopt phased implementations based on the strategic roadmap plan.
- Optimization for All Digital Properties including:
- Search Engines, GMB, etc.,
- WordPress Website Hosting, Support, Update and Management
- Help manage the company website, including content updates, SEO enhancements, and user experience improvements.
- Oversee social media channels, developing a content calendar, engaging with the audience, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Proactively identify new marketing opportunities, unconventional channels, or creative campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with SIMNET Marketing and Vendor partners.
- Support the day-to-day execution of SIMNET’s Growth Marketing
- Content Generation that will accelerate activity aligned with sales targets.
- Deliver blog posts, articles, and whitepapers that resonate with the target audience and establish thought leadership.
- Create and/or oversee the creation of visually appealing and informative multimedia content, such as infographics, videos, and interactive presentations.
- Ensure content consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all communication channels.
- Campaign execution and integration between systems
- Website visualization tracking. tracking Zoho Marketing capabilities, and reporting
- Oversee Paid Media, AdWords, LinkedIn as well as Oversee Marketing Events live and virtual.
- Support the day-to-day execution of SIMNET’s Analytics & Insights
- Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing goals and objectives.
- Help adopt and integrate Zoho Marketing Analytics and Zoho Campaigns
- Establish baseline analytics and KPIs for website performance.
- Monitor and optimize Top 10 Search MBO and KPIs.
- Generate regular reports, offering insights into campaign performance, audience engagement, and lead conversion.
- Use analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in marketing strategies.
- Implement data-driven decision-making processes to optimize marketing efforts.
- Oversee SIMNET’s Digital Content
- Help with the Design and delivery of sales brochures, product/service guides, and promotional materials that communicate value propositions.
- Craft compelling copy and visuals for sales presentations, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
- Create and manage landing pages and forms to capture prospect information and track conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the Sales to define target buyer personas and tailor campaigns accordingly.
Monitor and report on lead generation performance, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.**Requirements**:
- Basic knowledge of marketing automation tools for streamlining repetitive tasks and improving workflow efficiency.
- Ability to leverage analytics tools to track the performance of marketing campaigns and derive actionable insights.
- Willingness and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
- Embrace an agile mindset, responding promptly to market changes and adjusting marketing strategies accordingly.
- Resourceful and able to accomplish tasks with limited external resources. Willing to explore and implement low-cost marketing solutions.
- Ability to make minor updates to the company website and optimize it for user engagement.
Proficiency in basic graphic design tools for creating visually appealing content.
