Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Support Coordinator to provide administrative support functions to the activities and operations of our firm. This role is the first point of contact for office visitors and telephone calls, and requires a high level of professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of secretarial duties in support of administrative activities, operations, and staff.
  • Screen and route telephone calls and respond to inquiries from public, vendors, and clients.
  • Assemble and distribute a variety of documents and materials.
  • Establish and maintain a variety of records and files related to company operations and activities.
  • Operate a variety of standard office equipment, including fax machine, scanners, copier, computer, and communication equipment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Previous reception experience is a must
  • Customer service experience is a plus
  • Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Suite of products is a must
  • Knowledge of Doc-it and Time Management tools is a plus
  • Requires fluency in English, in addition to French
  • Team player as well as independent worker
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Discretion and professionalism
