About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative - Surety Bond Specialist to join our team at CA001 Marsh Canada Limited.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day administration of surety bond operations, ensuring accuracy and timely issuance of client documentation.
- Work closely with client executives to obtain approval of bonds, collecting information and presenting to sureties and clients.
- Support data management and maintenance, including preparing bond costing for tenders and final bonds.
- Conduct research with client executives on behalf of clients, pulling bond liabilities reports and collecting financial information.
- Create and update client files, maintaining proper records for reporting and audit purposes.
- Ensure all documents are current and correct, maintaining electronic file systems for scanned bonds and email documentation.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed, collaborating with internal teams to identify and resolve information gaps in key account data.
- Adhere to company procedures and data integrity standards, handling mail service and liaising with couriers as needed.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team-based environment.
- Proven organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize work, multitask, and meet deadlines.
