About the Role
As a Personal Lines Account Executive at Gallagher, you will be responsible for driving new business revenue growth through the delivery of comprehensive Personal Insurance solutions to our clients. This role requires a driven sales hunter with a strong background in Personal Lines Home and Auto Broking.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business income by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities and acting as a concierge to our clients throughout the binding process.
- Achieve sales targets by planning and prioritizing sales activities, utilizing Gallagher's lead systems.
- Deliver clients tailored insurance solutions while ensuring underwriting frameworks are adhered to.
- Ensure Gallagher's world-class quality of service standard is always upheld with clients.
About You
- You have a client-centric problem-solving approach, consistently delivering solutions that grant clients peace of mind.
- You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to develop deep relationships with clients and build synergy with colleagues quickly.
- You are highly tech-savvy, with the ability to learn new systems, tools, and processes with ease.
- You have 2+ years of Personal Lines experience, preferably in a broking environment.
- You hold an active and good-standing Insurance License.
- Certifications such as CIP, CAIB, CRM, or other relevant designations are highly valued.
