About the Role

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth for our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at potential client companies.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Manage and update our customer relationship management (CRM) database to track leads and sales activity.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
