Position Overview

As a Field Sales Specialist for CB Canada’s Climate Control division, you will take charge of promoting and leasing our extensive selection of portable air conditioning units, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and temporary heating solutions within your designated territory. Your primary focus will be on delivering engineered heating, cooling, and drying solutions tailored for the construction sector, particularly large-scale projects. Your clientele will primarily consist of general and specialized contractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster strong relationships within the company and collaborate closely with various sales teams to effectively cross-sell and highlight the advantages of CB Canada’s offerings.
  • Utilize your expertise to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Engage in proactive outreach to develop new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in the HVAC or heavy equipment rental industry.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a sales or service-oriented role.
  • A valid driver’s license in good standing and proof of auto insurance.

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to design gas and electrical systems.
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving capabilities.

Physical Requirements

This role requires physical activity including bending, squatting, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds or more. The position may involve working in various environments, both indoors and outdoors, as dictated by job demands.

Related Positions

Experience in roles such as Account Executive, Sales Consultant, or Outside Sales Representative may be relevant.
