Job Summary:

Brandt is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Southern Ontario. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market share in the material handling industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the assigned territory.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategic plans to grow our share of the market.
  • Product Knowledge and Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends, and provide expert advice to customers on material handling solutions.
  • Marketing and Promotional Strategies: Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales in the assigned territory.
  • Travel and Administration: Travel throughout the assigned territory to meet with customers, attend industry events, and manage administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven track record of sales success in the material handling industry, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong planning, organizational, and time management skills, and the ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required, with bilingualism in English and French being an asset.
