Job Title: HR Business Partner

The HR Business Partner at Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare will collaborate with leadership and employees at our Toronto distribution facility. This role involves various human resources functions such as employee relations, performance management, talent planning, and benefits enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with management on employee engagement, performance management, and coaching initiatives to drive business results
  • Resolve employee relations issues promptly and confidentially, ensuring a positive work environment
  • Manage the performance management process, including goal setting and salary planning to align with business objectives
  • Handle full-cycle recruiting for Canada, from sourcing to onboarding, to attract top talent
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies to minimize risk
  • Conduct exit interviews and manage the off-boarding process to maintain a positive employer brand
  • Oversee payroll processing and budget maintenance to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Design and deliver training programs for staff to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Manage office operations and maintenance to ensure a productive work environment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, or related field
  • 3-6 years of HR generalist and payroll processing experience
  • Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Flexibility to work overtime and travel occasionally
