About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Danaher - Global. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in enhancing the employee experience from onboarding to offboarding, acting as a consultant and trusted advisor to management and leadership in all things related to Human Resources strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with various business units and functions to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results.
  • Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees on all performance-related issues, including talent development, succession planning, and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and client groups to maintain up-to-date hiring needs, headcount, and internal/external attrition.
  • Develop and implement solutions to ensure growth targets are met, while maintaining maximum organizational performance and efficiencies.
  • Consult with and influence management on key organizational and management concerns, understanding how and when to drive change.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, human resources, or a related field, with at least 5+ years of experience in an HR function, including 2+ years as a Business Partner.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, building effective relationships, negotiating with key stakeholders, and influencing without authority.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to accurately coach and deliver new and ongoing HR programs to client groups.
  • Aptitude for solving complex problems, analyzing, and providing people insights to business leaders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification.
  • Recent experience with Workday or similar HRIS programs.
