About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Danaher - Global. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in enhancing the employee experience from onboarding to offboarding, partnering with various business units and functions to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a consultant and trusted advisor to management and leadership in all things related to Human Resources strategy.
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition and client groups to maintain the most up-to-date snapshot of hiring needs, headcount, internal/external attrition, and develop meaningful, scalable, and holistic solutions to ensure growth targets are met.
  • Collaborate with HR and legal counsel to educate managers and employees on employee-related issues, including policies & procedures, misconduct, investigations, terminations, reorganizations, internal audits, etc.
  • Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees on performance-related issues, including program management of high growth talent, development roadmaps, succession planning, compensation strategies, and performance improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Human Resources or similar preferred, with no less than 5+ years of experience within an HR function, with at least 2+ years as a Business Partner.
  • Solid business acumen, with an ability to accurately coach and deliver new and ongoing HR programs to client groups.
  • Aptitude for solving complex problems, analyzing, and providing people insights to business leaders.
  • Recent experience with Workday or similar HRIS program.
  • Ability to travel - 10% travel within North America, occasional international travel.
