Senior HR Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Danaher - Global. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in enhancing the employee experience from onboarding to offboarding, partnering with various business units and functions to drive strategic initiatives and improve organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a trusted advisor to management and leadership on all matters related to Human Resources strategy, including workforce planning, talent development, and performance reviews.
- Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees on performance-related issues, including program management of high growth talent, development roadmaps, succession planning, compensation strategies, and performance improvement.
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition and client groups to maintain a snapshot of hiring needs, headcount, internal/external attrition, and develop solutions to ensure growth targets are met.
- Collaborate with HR and legal counsel to educate managers and employees on employee-related issues, including policies & procedures, misconduct, investigations, terminations, reorganizations, internal audits, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, human resources, or similar.
- At least 5+ years of experience within an HR function, with at least 2+ years as a Business Partner.
- Solid business acumen, with an ability to coach and deliver new and ongoing HR programs.
- Aptitude for solving complex problems, analyzing, and providing people insights to business leaders.
- Recent experience with Workday or similar HRIS program.
- Ability to travel - 10% within North America, occasional international travel.
