As a Technology Advisor, you will serve as a reliable resource for our customers, helping them choose the right products tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently assist customers with product recommendations and services across the technology departments.
  • Establish London Drugs as a trusted destination for expert advice on consumer electronics.
  • Deliver exceptional service in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Stay informed about the latest technology and attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
  • Conduct inventory checks, merchandise products, and uphold the professional appearance of the department.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to provide informed guidance on products, services, and promotions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment, including availability for evenings and weekends.
  • Strong communication skills to interact positively with customers, vendors, and team members.
  • Professional demeanor that reflects positively on the London Drugs brand.
  • Previous experience in selling technology products, including Computers, Audio Visual Equipment, Mobile Devices, or Photography.
