Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at KNMG Mortgages Ltd. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, reliability, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of your work.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
