Position Summary
The Mid-Market Sales Executive role at Rippling offers a distinctive opportunity for talented professionals who excel in managing a rapid sales cycle and strategic selling process. Sales Executives will concentrate on engaging potential clients, overseeing sales cycles, securing revenue, and facilitating a seamless customer transition, with prospecting responsibilities delegated to the SDR and Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee sales pipeline within a CRM system to ensure precise revenue forecasting
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Consistently meet quota targets by closing deals
  • Develop expertise in the product and comprehend the competitive landscape
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Management team for effective customer onboarding
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, primarily within SaaS B2B sectors
  • Proven experience managing a $1M+ annual sales quota
  • Demonstrated success in sales performance
  • Experience in selling HRIS/HCM software or security solutions
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
