We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) resource to oversee the technical aspects of our SAM initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the technical development and implementation of the ServiceNow SAM module.
- Integrate SAM with other ServiceNow modules and external systems.
- Manage the day-to-day technical operations of the SAM module.
- Ensure the SAM environment is secure, scalable, and optimized for performance.
- Administer the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance, stability, and security.
- Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and patches to the ServiceNow platform.
- Manage ServiceNow user accounts, roles, and access controls.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
- Develop and maintain APIs and data integrations using REST and SOAP web services.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure ServiceNow solutions align with overall IT strategy.
- Provide technical support and training to ServiceNow users.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within ServiceNow.
- Stay current with ServiceNow releases, features, and best practices.
- Participate in ServiceNow community forums and knowledge sharing activities.
- 8+ Years of hands-on ServiceNow Platform engineering/development experience.
- ~3+ Years of hands-on ServiceNow SAM implementation and integration experience.
- ~ Proven technical experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and HRSD.
- ~ Certification in Administration or implementation of SAM module / other ServiceNow modules (CSAM/CITAM).
- ~ Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and cloud infrastructure.
