ServiceNow Technical Lead

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Technical Lead to lead our team in providing top-notch software solutions. As a ServiceNow Technical Lead, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, and customizing the platform according to business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules
- Design and implement technical solutions for ServiceNow
- Provide direction to the team and business partners on ServiceNow platform
- Mentor junior team members
Requirements:
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting, design work, technical configuration, and deployment
- Experience with Javascript and HTML/HTML5
- Experience with CMDB, Discovery, and SAM Pro
- Experience with IntegrationHub and OAuth
- Experience with custom and scoped applications
- Able to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Able to produce clear documentation
- Proficiency with unit testing of your own work
Additional Helpful Skills:
- Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor's degree in math, engineering, information systems, or a related field
- Presentation skills to demo your work to the business
