Commercial Sales Producer

As a Commercial Sales Producer at Western Financial Group, you will play a key role in driving business growth and revenue through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales and marketing plans, including lead generation, lead nurturing, and conversion.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to drive business growth.
- Performance Metrics and Analysis: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize sales performance.
- FOI License: Possess a valid FOI license or be willing to obtain one within 3 months.
- Post-Secondary Education: Hold a post-secondary diploma or degree, or equivalent experience.
- Relationship Building and Negotiation: Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
- Team Player: Demonstrate a resilient and driven team player attitude, with a positive outlook and a strong work ethic.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Possess a hunter mindset and an entrepreneurial mentality, with a focus on proactively seeking and closing new business opportunities.
