Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Producer to join our team. As an Employee Benefits Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our unique Employee Benefit Insurance programs to independent businesses across Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through independent and team efforts
- Develop and refine sales strategies to target market prospects
- Adapt cold-calling techniques to attract new customers and set personal quotas
- Interact with clients to obtain relevant information through our sophisticated sales process
- Build long-term relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
- Navigate our CRM program efficiently
Requirements
- LLQP License an asset
- Post-Secondary diploma or degree an asset
- Proven relationship builder with strong negotiation, selling, and closing techniques
- Resilient team player with a positive attitude
- Hunter mindset with an entrepreneurial mentality
