Senior Dental Office Administrative Assistant

The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our dental office, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice and providing exceptional support to our patients and staff.
Responsibilities- Schedule patients to ensure efficient use of provider time
- Promote new hygiene business opportunities, including perio-surgery, Invisalign, and TMD programs
- Treatment scheduling of maximally productive hygiene appointments
- Utilize excellent phone skills to fill short notice cancellations and manage hygiene patient demand
- Maintain an active list of temp hygienists to utilize as needed
- Use hygiene knowledge to lead conversations that support patient optimal oral health
- Encourage patient acceptance of dental treatment plans by answering questions and creating value for proposed treatments
- Present treatment options, review payment plans, answer questions, and overcome objections to motivate patients to case acceptance
- Build strong relationships with patients to ensure trust and loyalty
- Assist with accounts receivables and complete daily deposit reconciliations
- Complete insurance submissions and pre-determinations
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced administrative professional who possesses:
4+ years of administration experience3+ years of experience with accounts receivables and insurance submissions in a dental officeA warm and friendly demeanor, with a passion for oral health educationExcellent communication skillsThe ability to quickly maneuver numerous tasks efficiently and proficientlyA proactive approach to maintaining control over schedulesExperience with Tracker and Recall Max is highly preferredWhat We OfferWe offer a competitive compensation package, including:
