**Senior Administrative Assistant Wanted**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to join our busy dental practice in Markham. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building strong patient relationships and contributing to the ongoing oral health of the community.

**Responsibilities**

• Schedule patients to ensure all providers have productive schedules
• Promote new hygiene business in perio-surgery, Invisalign, and TMD programs
• Treatment scheduling of maximally productive hygiene appointments
• Utilize excellent phone skills to fill short notice cancellations and manage hygiene patient demand
• Maintain an active list of temp hygienists to utilize if needed
• Use hygiene knowledge to lead conversations supporting patient optimal oral health
• Encourage patient acceptance of dental treatment plans
• Build strong relationships with patients to ensure trust and loyalty
• Assist with accounts receivables and complete daily deposit reconciliations
• Complete insurance submissions and pre-determinations

**Requirements**

• 4+ years of administration experience required
• 3+ years of experience with accounts receivables and insurance submissions in a dental office
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to quickly maneuver numerous tasks efficiently and proficiently
• Proactive individual who maintains control over schedules
• Enjoys working with production goals
• Knowledge and understanding of oral treatment plans and ability to educate patients
• Strong customer service experience; kind and professional
• Detail oriented
• Experience with Tracker and Recall Max highly preferred
