About the Role

Milestone Motors Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Task Evaluation: Regularly evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, as well as respond to electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decision-making.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient operations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to management and staff, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
