About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Comfort Business Solutions. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our team members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and coordinating office services.
  • Record Keeping
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee files, inventory, and other important documents.
  • Communication
    • Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and vendors.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language
    • English
  • Work Hours
    • 35 to 40 hours per week
