Role Objective:

The Surgical & Clinic Territory Manager will be pivotal in driving revenue growth through strategic customer engagement within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Corporate & Institutional Sales, this role involves managing existing surgical centers and medical clinic accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities. The successful candidate will foster strong business relationships, comprehend industry trends, and identify customer needs, while also facilitating effective collaboration both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee and expand both existing and new surgical and clinic accounts in the GTA, with a primary emphasis on identifying and securing new business in surgical centers and clinics.
  2. Establish and maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective lead generation and prospecting efforts.
  3. Design, plan, and execute customized solutions to meet account requirements and enhance customer satisfaction.
  4. Formulate and implement sales strategies by analyzing key factors that contribute to successful closing scenarios.
  5. Acquire comprehensive knowledge of competitors and their offerings.
Qualifications:
  1. Self-driven and motivated individual with a high degree of resilience and initiative.
  2. Strong commitment to professionalism in interactions with healthcare professionals.
  3. Exceptional time management skills and adaptability to changing environments.
  4. Ability to work independently to generate and grow revenue.
  5. Comfortable in clinical settings and capable of engaging in clinically-focused discussions.
  6. Competitive mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals.
  7. Excellent communication skills, fostering relationships with both internal teams and customers.
  8. University or college degree.
  9. A minimum of five years of proven success in sales, ideally within the healthcare sector in Canada.
  10. Experience in Key Account Management is essential.
  11. Willingness to travel throughout the GTA.

  2. Proven sales effectiveness, particularly in prospecting new business and displacing competitors.
  3. Exhibits a positive and professional demeanor, with a commitment to high ethical standards.

  5. Champion of efficient workflow processes.
  6. Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  7. Strong analytical and financial acumen.
  8. Effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
  9. Experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
  10. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  11. Valid driver's license required.
