Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead cross-functional teams to execute clinical trials, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  2. Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and risk management.
  3. Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and develop customized solutions.
  4. Manage and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  5. Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
