Surgical & Clinic Territory Manager - Toronto

Avanti Software Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Surgical & Clinic Territory Manager to join our team in Toronto. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through customer engagement in the GTA Territory.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow existing and new Surgical & Clinic accounts in the GTA, with a primary focus on hunting and prospecting new business in Surgi Centers and Clinics such as Endo, Gastro, and other key surgical and clinical areas.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline through effective lead generation and prospecting.
- Develop, plan, and implement tailored solutions to address account requirements to better meet customer needs.
- Develop and implement sales strategies by determining the relevant factors for 'close-win' scenarios (e.g., understanding clinical requirements or patient needs that drive product selection, competition, and purchasing decision process, decision makers) of existing and potential accounts.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of all competitors and their capabilities.
- Driven, self-motivated individual with high resilience, persistence, and initiative.
- High level commitment and professionalism to work with healthcare professionals in a surgical or clinic environment.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt to changing environments.
- Ability to work autonomously to build and grow revenue.
- A strong comfort level in a clinical setting and with clinically driven discussion (surgi-centers, private clinics).
- Competitive and focused on achieving goals.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with internal team members & customers while driving growth in respective book of business.
- University / College degree.
- Minimum of five years' demonstrated success in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry in Canada.
- Demonstrated experience in Key Account Management.
- Travel required throughout the GTA Area.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to be compelling on 'Why Avanti Software Inc.?' and still compassionate to customer/patient/clinical needs.
- Strong sales/commercial effectiveness: Strength in prospecting new business and ability to displace the competitor to win business.
- Demonstrates a positive and professional attitude, with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to high professional ethical standards.
- Ability to remain organized and prioritize workload.
- Ability to champion efficient and effective workflow processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical, business, and financial acumen.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal/external contacts.
- Experience working with Salesforce is an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Hold a valid driver's license.
