We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Sales Representative to join our team at Intuitive Surgical. As a Clinical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of our robotic surgical systems in the Toronto territory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to maximize the utilization of our robotic surgical systems
- Partner with surgeons and surgical teams to provide training and support on the use of our systems
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our user base
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives
- Manage administrative tasks, sales activities, and expense reports
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including 2+ years in healthcare sales
- Ambition and strong work ethic
- Ability to travel up to 25% and work nights and weekends as needed
- Knowledge of the Operating Room environment preferred
- Market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay + commission, benefits, and equity
