Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at STAAR Surgical. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and exceeding sales objectives in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Directly sell STAAR Surgical's products to surgeons and healthcare professionals, with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Territory Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals in your assigned territory, identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing ones.
  • Sales Team Collaboration: Actively participate in sales team activities, including sales meetings, product training, and market research.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales management, marketing, and customer service teams, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Strong Sales Skills: Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of consultative selling techniques.
  • Territory Management: Ability to manage a territory effectively, identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing ones.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of the medical device industry and the ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
