Role Objective:

The Surgical & Clinic Territory Manager will spearhead revenue growth through proactive customer engagement within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Corporate & Institutional Sales, this role is crucial in managing existing surgical centers and medical clinic accounts while focusing on identifying and securing new business opportunities. The successful candidate will cultivate strong business relationships, stay attuned to industry trends, and understand customer needs to foster effective collaboration both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee and expand existing and prospective Surgical & Clinic accounts in the GTA, with a strong emphasis on hunting for new business in surgical centers and clinics, including Endoscopy and Gastroenterology.
  2. Establish and maintain a robust sales pipeline through strategic lead generation and prospecting efforts.
  3. Design, plan, and execute customized solutions to meet the specific requirements of accounts, enhancing customer satisfaction.
  4. Formulate and implement sales strategies by identifying key factors that lead to successful closing scenarios, such as understanding clinical needs and the purchasing decision-making process.
  5. Acquire comprehensive knowledge of competitors and their offerings to effectively position our solutions.
Qualifications:
  1. Self-driven and motivated individual with a high degree of resilience and initiative.
  2. Strong commitment to professionalism when engaging with healthcare professionals in clinical settings.
  3. Exceptional time management skills and adaptability to dynamic environments.
  4. Ability to work independently to generate and increase revenue.
  5. Comfortable in clinical settings and capable of engaging in clinically focused discussions.
  6. Competitive nature with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  7. Excellent communication skills, fostering relationships with both internal teams and customers to drive business growth.
  8. University or College degree.
  9. A minimum of five years of proven success in sales, ideally within the healthcare sector in Canada.
  10. Experience in Key Account Management is essential.
  11. Willingness to travel throughout the GTA area.
