Job Title: Office Manager

KAYZEN CLOUD SOLUTIONS is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, email management, and document preparation.
  • Office Operations: Oversee the maintenance of the office, including supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and vendors.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train administrative staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
Skills:
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, large workload.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, ability to multitask, time management, team player.
