**Regional Director, International Operations**
**Job Summary**
Accreditation Canada International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director to lead our International Accreditation team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and design of our international accreditation program, with a focus on excellence in service delivery and client retention.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
- Lead a team of professionals in the delivery of client services and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business opportunities and challenges.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to measure team and business performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in international accreditation and quality improvement.
**Requirements**
- Master's degree in a related field such as International Relations, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in leading senior healthcare professionals and managing complex projects.
- Knowledge of the international accreditation landscape and industry trends.
- Fluency in multiple languages, including English and French.
- Ability to travel internationally and work in a global environment.
