About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Director to lead our Shared Service Center (SSC) operation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial functions of our company, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Fixed Assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Manage the SSC team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Ensure the SSC operates in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
