About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director of Operations at Collectif social. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our administrative services department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Co-ordinate and manage administrative services to ensure efficient and effective delivery of results
    • Evaluate the operations of the department and identify areas for improvement
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Financial Management
    • Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial plans
    • Manage budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies
  • Human Resources
    • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services
    • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services
    • Communicate effectively with staff, management, and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business administration, public administration)
    • 5 years or more of experience in a leadership or management role
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
    • Strong financial management skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and may be required to travel.
