International Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our International Accreditation team as a Regional Director, International Operations. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong strategic thinker with excellent leadership and management skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and excellence in service delivery.
- Lead and enable a team to deliver client services for the international accreditation program.
- Drive the implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and timelines.
- Develop medium to long-range plans and prepare strategies to secure, grow, and diversify relationships with existing and new international clients.
- Monitor and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Master's degree in a related field such as International Relations, Healthcare Administration, and/or Business Administration.
- Strong transformative leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and develop teams.
- Demonstrated knowledge and competency in continuous quality improvement.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of the international accreditation landscape.
- Experience in leading senior health care professionals.
- Bilingualism (French and English) is considered an asset.
