Position Overview

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college or CEGEP program, or a non-university certificate or diploma lasting between 1 to 2 years.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year and less than 2 years in a similar role.

  • Facilitate the flow of information within the office.
  • Manage the opening and distribution of both regular and electronic incoming correspondence.
  • Organize and confirm appointments for legal professionals.
  • Maintain an efficient filing system for legal documents.
  • Document and prepare minutes for court sessions, meetings, or conferences.
  • Establish and implement office procedures and routines.
  • Draft and input correspondence and legal documents accurately.
  • Review and edit documents and correspondence to ensure adherence to legal standards and proper grammar.
