We are a dynamic and fast-paced entertainment company seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of food quality.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are meeting our high standards of customer service and food quality.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Technology: Utilize MS Access, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word to manage restaurant operations and maintain accurate records.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Personal Qualities: Client focus, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, and ability to multitask.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
