Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Financial Management: Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
- Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to multitask, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
