Territory Sales Manager

Reporting to the Business Centre Manager, the Territory Manager plays a crucial role in driving profitable sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include developing account strategies, identifying new sales opportunities, and coordinating sales and customer service efforts with internal teams.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement account strategies to meet Business Centre sales objectives;
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive incremental revenue;
- Collaborate with Inside Sales and Purchasing teams to optimize sales and customer service efforts;
- Support inside salespeople and quotation specialists to deliver exceptional customer service and drive account profitability;
- Stay up-to-date on customer needs and competitor strengths and weaknesses;
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and vendor representatives;
- Develop solutions to address customer issues and concerns;
- Provide market intelligence to the Business Centre Manager and sales team;
- Maintain technical knowledge on various product lines.
- Demonstrated sales ability and track record of success;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Product knowledge and understanding of industry trends;
- Customer service focus and results-oriented mindset;
- Computer experience and proficiency in relevant software applications.
