Reporting to the Business Centre Manager, the Territory Manager plays a crucial role in driving profitable sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position is responsible for developing and executing account strategies that meet the Business Centre's sales objectives.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement account strategies to achieve sales objectives;
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive incremental sales;
- Collaborate with Inside Sales and Purchasing teams to coordinate sales and customer service efforts;
- Support inside salespeople and quotation specialists to deliver exceptional customer service and operational efficiency;
- Stay up-to-date on customer needs and competitor strengths and weaknesses;
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and vendor representatives;
- Develop solutions to address customer issues and concerns;
- Provide market intelligence to the Business Centre Manager and sales team;
- Maintain technical knowledge on various product lines.
- Demonstrated sales ability and experience;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Product knowledge and technical skills;
- Customer service focus and results-oriented approach;
- Computer experience and proficiency in relevant software.
