**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Freud Canada Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and market share within their assigned territory.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers and customers within the territory.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Manage and control expenses within the territory to ensure alignment with company budget.
  • Travel overnight up to 7 days per month to meet with customers and develop the territory.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, sales).
  • At least 6 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a pressurized environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
