Job Title: Territory Manager

Reporting to the Business Centre Manager, the Territory Manager plays a crucial role in driving profitable sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement account strategies to meet Business Centre sales objectives;
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive incremental sales;
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales and Purchasing teams to optimize sales and customer service efforts;
  • Support inside salespeople and quotation specialists to deliver exceptional customer service and operational efficiency;
  • Stay up-to-date on customer needs and competitor strengths and weaknesses;
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and vendor representatives;
  • Develop solutions to address customer issues and concerns;
  • Provide market intelligence to the Business Centre Manager and sales team;
  • Maintain technical knowledge on various product lines.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated sales ability and track record of success;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Product knowledge and understanding of industry trends;
  • Customer service focus and results-oriented mindset;
  • Computer experience and proficiency in relevant software applications.
