About SiteOne Landscape Supply

We are a leading provider of landscape and irrigation solutions, seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Irrigation department at our branch location. As the expert in Irrigation, you will work closely with customers to ensure exceptional service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our Branch Manager on sales and operations planning to achieve business objectives
  • Emphasize a strong safety culture and promote a positive work environment
  • Manage inventory, customer relationships, and sales performance to meet business goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve business performance and customer satisfaction
  • Train and develop staff on Irrigation products and customer needs to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Implement new technologies and processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Support other branch departments and customers to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in the green industry, preferably in a leadership role
  • In-depth knowledge of irrigation products and systems
  • Excellent customer service and management skills to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Experience with sales and operations planning, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles to manage inventory and customer relationships
  • Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds to perform job duties
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on business or a related field
