About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 2649476 Ontario Inc. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.

Chef Supervision

Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the demands of our kitchen.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs.

Quality Control

Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Customer Service

Prepare and cook meals for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and ensure that all customers receive exceptional service.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.

Work Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience as a cook or in a related role.

Language

Fluency in English.

Work Environment

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and physical stamina to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks.
