Job Summary

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading our culinary team in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the expectations of our customers.
  • Culinary Team Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to prepare and present dishes to a high standard.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and manage food and supply costs to ensure profitability.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all dishes are prepared and presented to a high standard.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preferably in a restaurant or hotel.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and a passion for delivering high-quality dishes.
