We are currently in search of a Corporate Insurance Account Executive to join our team at BrokerLink.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Commercial Insurance Account Executive in daily operations
  • Deliver prompt service to clients by providing guidance, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns
  • Manage and process all incoming commercial documentation
  • Prepare quotes for clients, review existing policies, and update client records
  • Draft documentation for insurers, complete applications for new clients, and issue insurance certificates
  • Handle endorsements, invoices, and follow up on payments
  • Communicate with insurance providers, negotiate on behalf of clients, and follow up on claims
  • Gather additional information as requested by underwriters and complete necessary applications

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma and/or Post-Secondary education
  • 3-5 years of experience in the insurance sector is preferred
  • Experience in commercial insurance is advantageous
  • RIBO License is a plus
  • Familiarity with Epic software is beneficial
  • Previous sales experience is an asset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Progress towards CAIB designation is preferred
  • Strong analytical and organizational capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
