Donovan Insurance Brokers Inc. is in search of a committed Commercial Lines Account Manager to enhance our team. The successful candidate will oversee and service a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and sustain robust relationships with clients to assess their insurance requirements
  • Manage policy renewals, endorsements, and new business quotations
  • Examine policy documents for precision and thoroughness
  • Support clients in claims processing and resolving issues
  • Work collaboratively with insurance providers to secure quotes and negotiate terms
  • Advise on coverage alternatives and suggest suitable products
  • Create proposals and presentations for clients

Required Qualifications:

  • Must possess a valid RIBO License
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance sector
  • Proven sales capabilities with a history of achieving or surpassing targets
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
  • Excellent customer service skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Compensation: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 annually
