Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our Sales Team, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, and driving customer and prospect engagements to achieve net new business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a territory plan of named accounts and drive customer and prospect engagements to close net new business.
- Work alongside Business Development to identify prospecting opportunities and craft compelling communications that illustrate the Shinydocs value proposition.
- Leverage existing contacts and acquaintances to socialize the Shinydocs messaging and value proposition to fast-track business and project discovery opportunities.
- Collaborate with other teams to learn and improve sales techniques, taking advantage of Marketing Qualified Leads and other resources to achieve success.
- Share best practices with the Sales Operations team to further your success and contribute to the growth of the Sales Team.
- Stay current with new sales techniques, tools, and resources, demonstrating a growth mindset and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Enterprise Solution Sales experience, preferably within the Content Services (ECM) market.
- Experience in a given vertical industry, such as Financial Services, Oil & Gas / Energy, Government, or others.
- Poised and confident presentation skills, with an aptitude for speaking at the C-Suite level.
- Experience using CRM technology to capture tasks, meeting notes, email communications, and conduct thorough forecasting to manage sales opportunities through the customer buying cycle.
- Ability to travel for customer onsite meetings as required, and participate in Industry and corporate sales/marketing events.
- Fluency in English, with bonus points for speaking multiple languages.
